A.P.E Fire & Security have been working with Grove Place Retirement Village for over 10 years now under several annual maintenance contracts. The village is a beautiful Grade 1-listed retirement community offering independent living and various healthcare services in the Hampshire countryside. The retirement village consists of a range of apartments and bungalows for people who desire to live an independent life in a relaxed, sociable and supportive setting.
There is a wide range of facilities and services all in the exquisite setting including a swimming pool, gym, hairdressers and jacuzzi. The village also boasts a restaurant, bar, lounges, library and craft room. Grove Place also offers a range of on site care and have a range of healthcare facilities within the village alongside having wheelchair access and lifts throughout the community.
Grove Place was shortlisted for ‘Best Retirement Scheme 2013’ and offers an exceptional way of living across 27 acres of beautiful, landscaped grounds.
A.P.E have had the pleasure to work alongside Grove retirement village for over 10 years to install and maintain a high-level fire and security system for the village. A.P.E installed a full fire system, CCTV, Intruder and panic alarms. Access control and automatic doors were also installed in the grounds.
