Pivot & Mark have recently taken over Bridge House on the corner of Baldwin Street, located in the heart of Bristol. They have fully refurbished the building creating a modern workspace available to rent.
The offices are open plan with flexible, open office spaces with a newly modelled reception. The building consists of floor to ceiling windows surrounding the front which adds to the crisp, modern interior. The office spaces are spread over more than 5 floors with over 20,000 square foot, not including the reception.
The open plan offices upstairs are split into a range of hot desks, workstations, meeting pods, breakout areas and meeting rooms to accommodate for everyone’s needs. The building also has over 70 secure bike spaces on site and 18 parking spaces at the rear.
A.P.E were delighted to work alongside Pivot & Mark on this project to make this building safe and secure for everyone. A.P.E installed fire and intruder alarms alongside disabled refuge and access control and CCTV. For this building we took over part of a pre-existing fire alarm whilst installing some new detectors and equipment to create a larger system.
