Protestor’s plans thwarted by A.P.E.’s Automatic Doors at Bristol City Hall!

If you’ve read our Bristol City Council case study, then you’ll be aware that that we provided a complete access control refurbishment of the Grade II listed City Hall building, which included the installation of panic attack alarms, access systems and intercoms.

Much to the amusement of many on social media, it seems that one of our installations was slightly too clever for a recent activist who was attempting to superglue himself to the doors of City Hall.

The efficient automatic doors stumped him, as they kept opening before he could reach the door!

The protestor attempted to approach Bristol City Council’s HQ several times, but eventually gave up when he realised that he wouldn’t be able to get to the doors fast enough before they opened.

What a sticky situation!
